How many days do I have to return a product?
You can request a return within 14 days from the date you received your order. Return requests made after this 14-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.
What are the conditions for returns?
To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team by email at contact@brytty.com. Please include your order number and specify the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will respond with the exact return shipping address and instructions on how to send your package back to us.
Who pays for return shipping costs?

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Brytty will cover all return shipping costs. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours at contact@brytty.com with photographic proof so we can correct the issue immediately.
How and when will I get my refund?
Once your return shipment is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our team to ensure it is in its original condition. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved:

A refund will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund credit to officially appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your card issuer's processing times.
Right of exchange
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or alternative product, the fastest way to get it is to follow the standard return process for a refund and place a brand-new order for the desired item on our website.
