At Brytty, we work hard to safely deliver your order as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy details our processing times, estimated delivery windows, and shipping cost structures.

1. Order processing times

  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after your payment is confirmed.

  • Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.

  • In the event of a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.

2. Estimated delivery times

Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping carriers, the estimated transit times are as follows:

  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International (Rest of World): 7–15 business days

Please note: These delivery windows are estimates only and are not absolute guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary depending on local carrier schedules, postal peak seasons, or customs clearance delays in your destination country.

3. Shipping costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your specific location, order weight, and the shipping method selected.

  • The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed at the final step of checkout before you finalize your payment. No hidden delivery fees will be added after purchase.

  • From time to time, Brytty may offer free shipping promotions, which will be explicitly stated on our storefront or applied automatically based on promotional thresholds.

4. Order tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number and a link to trace your delivery. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's network.

5. Incorrect delivery addresses

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Brytty is not responsible for missing, lost, or misdelivered orders if the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of purchase was incorrect or incomplete.

6. Lost, held, or delayed packages

Brytty is not legally liable for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing bottlenecks, or unforeseen logistical circumstances beyond our control. However, our customer care team is dedicated to supporting you. If your package is stuck or delayed, please reach out to us and we will actively work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
